Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Imprint Production, a music production studio in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Applying to the retreat

Sending an application is not a booking and does not reserve a place. We read every application ourselves and reply by email. Places are limited, and we may decline an application without giving a reason.

Please give accurate information. A place offered on the basis of information that turns out to be untrue may be withdrawn.

Any fee, payment terms, cancellation terms and refund terms are set out separately when a place is offered. Nothing on this website is an offer of a place or a statement of price.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself, and for what happens under your account.
• Give us a real email address — it is how we reach you.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
• You can close your account whenever you like by asking us.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used to abuse the site or other people.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Submit anything unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Copy the site's content for commercial use without our permission.

Our content

The text, photographs, recordings, logos and design on this site belong to Imprint Production or to the people we licensed them from. You may read, link to and share them. You may not republish or sell them without written permission.

Anything you write in an application stays yours. You give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to decide on your place.

Recordings made at the retreat

Work produced during the retreat, and any photography or filming, is covered by terms agreed with you before the retreat begins — not by this page.

What we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or always reachable. Programme details, dates and teaching staff may change.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.

Changes and governing law
