Musicians, songwriters, worship leaders, and creatives who inspire one another, grow together, share their experiences, write new songs, and use their gifts to serve God.

Welcome, Friends
Aboutthe retreat
Welcome!
For many years, we’ve dreamed of creating a place where musicians, worship leaders, songwriters, and creative people could do more than simply learn new skills—a place where they could create music together, be inspired, grow, and encourage one another to become stronger.
A true musician — and a true leader — never stops learning.

The dream
We’re Vasyl and Anna Chekhovskyy
We believe God gives us our gifts not only to develop them, but also to pass them on to others.
That’s why we’ve carried a dream in our hearts for so long: to build a space where experience meets inspiration, creativity meets ministry, and professional growth becomes part of God’s calling.

Our studio — where the songs are born
More than an event
We dream of building a genuine community
But even more than hosting a great retreat…
We don’t want this to be just three days of learning. We want it to become the beginning of lasting friendships, future collaborations, new songs, and stories that continue long after the retreat ends.
Perhaps you’ll meet people here whom you’ll serve alongside for many years. Perhaps this is where projects will begin that today you can’t even imagine.
And today, we’re excited to open the doors of that dream to you.

Songs still to write
Twenty years
A true musician never stops learning
We would love to invite you to a very special event—a three-day Songwriting Retreat held in our professional recording studio.
For more than twenty years, we’ve been serving in worship ministry, writing music, recording artists, producing albums, leading worship, and performing in churches and concerts.
Throughout these years, God has allowed us to write countless songs, produce albums, work with musicians and vocalists, produce music projects, and spend thousands of hours creating, experimenting, learning, failing, discovering, and growing. The longer we walk this journey, however, the more we realize one simple truth.
We continue learning ourselves. We continue growing. We continue searching for new ideas and better ways to create because growth never ends.
For the first time
We're opening

the doors of our hearts
For the first time, we’re opening more than just the doors of our studio.

How it began
And that’s why we believe the time has come to share what God has faithfully been building in our lives for so many years.
That’s how the vision for this Songwriting Retreat was born.
Three days
Together, we’ll walk through every stage of writing and producing a brand-new song.

Not a demonstration
Most importantly, this won’t be a demonstration.
It will be true collaboration.
We don’t want you to simply watch us work.
We want you to create alongside us.
Every participant will become an essential part of the creative process.

We keep the group small — spots are limited.
That’s the difference between simply teaching and truly creating together.

Everyone is in it
Even if you’ve never stepped into a professional recording studio before, you won’t feel left out.
We’ll make sure every participant is actively involved, gains hands-on experience, asks questions freely, and feels like part of one creative family.
We won’t be presenting material prepared in advance.
We won’t be analyzing a song that’s already finished.
Instead, we’ll create a completely new song together—right there during the retreat.

What that means
With all the searching… The uncertainty…Creative breakthroughs…Prayer…Inspiration…Mistakes…The excitement of first discoveries…And the countless decisions that only happen during a genuine creative process.

Every retreat is different
That’s why every Songwriting Retreat will be completely unique.
Because every retreat will produce a brand-new song.
No one knows in advance what it will become.
And that’s the beauty of creativity.
Three days in this room
Beyond the sessions
We intentionally keep the retreat small.
Not because we want it to feel exclusive. But because we value a warm, personal, family atmosphere. We want to know every participant by name. Hear your story. Answer your questions. Pray with you. Encourage you. Share our experience. And help every person feel like they’re not simply attending an event — but becoming part of a story.

A small group — on purpose
Beyond the sessions, we’ll enjoy meals together, meaningful conversations, worship, Q&A sessions, shared experiences, new friendships and — God willing — a lasting community.
What fills the days
What you leave with
You’ll leave with greater confidence.
We sincerely believe you’ll leave these three days with more than new knowledge and practical skills.
- 01A deeper understanding of your calling.
- 02New friendships.
- 03Fresh ideas.
- 04Renewed inspiration to keep creating.
- 05And perhaps even a brand-new song that God places on your heart.
But even more than that, we hope you’ll leave knowing that God can do immeasurably more than we could ever imagine.

The bigger dream
We dream that this retreat becomes a place where not only songs are born… But also new teams.New ministries.New creative projects.New friendships.New dreams. And new callings.

Perhaps
Perhaps the next worship song sung by thousands will begin here.
Perhaps someone will discover for the very first time that God truly can use their gift.
Perhaps someone will finally find the courage to take their first step into their calling.
And if even one person leaves these three days with greater courage to follow God’s calling, then everything we’ve done will have been worth it.
If this is you
If God has placed in your heart a love for music…
- A desire to grow…
- A desire to serve others with your gifts…
- And a passion to keep learning…
We would be honored to walk this journey with you.

We truly believe God is raising up a new generation of musicians, songwriters, worship leaders, producers, and creatives.
- If this retreat becomes someone’s first step into God’s calling…
- If a song born here one day touches countless hearts…
- If a new team is formed…
- If a new ministry begins…
Then we’ll know that God had planned all of this long before the idea ever entered our hearts.
