I lead, but I am not the strongest musician on my team. Is this for me?
Yes. Leading and playing are different skills, and the second one is easier to find somebody else for.
Can I come with my team?
Yes, and it works better. The application asks who is coming with you.
Is this for volunteers or for full-time staff?
Both. What we cover is the same, and most worship teams are mostly volunteers.
How much of it is practical?
Most of it. You will rebuild a set, plan a rehearsal, and be asked why you made every choice.
